• Appropriate certificates for the relevant qualification;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of metal-working and processing;
• A sense of responsibility and precision;
• No harmful habits;
• A driving license is desirable;
• Basic knowledge of the English language.

+ in addition to the above mentioned, the following requirements for the Brigadier/Foreman:

• Knowledge of the English language;
• The ability to solve non-standard/unconventional situations;
• The ability to manage a team.
